Airport Shuttle Information
If you booked your travel through Duluth, and experience any flight or booking issues, please call 800-316-0123 for assistance.
If your flights fall outside of the days listed below, you will be responsible for your own transportation.
- Arrivals on Sunday, August 11 ONLY
- A driver from Pronto Rides Limousine will meet you in the Baggage Claim Area. They will be holding an Institute for Citizens & Scholars sign. The Pronto driver will contact you or a member of your group traveling to the hotel. You can also reach their 24/7 dispatch team at 512-580-3779.
- Departures on Wednesday, August 14 ONLY

- Optional activity shuttle on Tuesday, August 13
- Sightseeing Cruise: If you signed up for the sightseeing cruise or Austin axe throwing, please feel free to join us for a cruise on the evening of August 13th. Please meet your shuttle driver at the Conference Center’s private driveway, located at the back of the building on Whitis Avenue and 20th Street. The cruise will run from 6pm – 8pm and a shuttle will bring you back to the hotel at its conclusion.
