Airport Shuttle Information

If you booked your travel through Duluth, and experience any flight or booking issues, please call 800-316-0123 for assistance.

If your flights fall outside of the days listed below, you will be responsible for your own transportation.

• Arrivals on Sunday, August 11 ONLY 
  • A driver from Pronto Rides Limousine will meet you in the Baggage Claim Area. They will be holding an Institute for Citizens & Scholars sign. The Pronto driver will contact you or a member of your group traveling to the hotel. You can also reach their 24/7 dispatch team at 512-580-3779.

• Optional activity shuttle on Tuesday, August 13
  • Sightseeing Cruise: If you signed up for the sightseeing cruise or Austin axe throwing, please feel free to join us for a cruise on the evening of August 13^th. Please meet your shuttle driver at the hotel’s entrance at 5:15pm. The cruise will run from 6pm – 8pm and a shuttle will bring you back to the hotel at its conclusion.
