Democracy for President

We need a critical mass of engaged and effective citizens, especially at the community level, to bolster our democracy. Based on data gathered throughout the 2020 election cycle, this project from More in Common provides tools, resources, and action steps for Americans to strengthen democracy.

Democracy for President offers insights, discussion guides, reports, and sample op-eds on topics related to voting, elections, and the democratic process. The full report showcases American’s views on democracy, their media behaviors and perceptions, and highlights the importance of engaging civically at the local level. Ultimately this project serves as a tool for communicating with others with differing views so that we might come together to rebuild our democracy.
