Citizens & Scholars

Jeré Hogans is the Program Officer for the Charlotte W. Newcombe Doctoral Dissertation Fellowship and WW Dissertation Fellowship in Women’s Studies at the Institute for Citizens & Scholars. Her work supports promising scholars who play a vital role in the intellectual and personal growth of tomorrow’s leaders and thinkers.

Before joining Citizens & Scholars, Jeré was the Assistant Director of Placement & Alumni Relations at SEEDS – Access Changes Everything, guiding high-achieving, low-income middle and high school students towards admission to competitive independent schools. Jeré earned her BA in Political Science from Rider University and MA in Leadership & Public Administration at Centenary University.
