Citizens & Scholars

Anna Gallos is the Program Associate for Project Administration at the Institute for Citizens & Scholars, where she manages projects and conducts research across several areas of the organization.

Before joining the Citizens & Scholars team, Anna worked as an interim Spanish Teacher at a small Quaker school in Pennsylvania. She was previously a logistics manager for a family-owned food export company in California. Anna earned her BA in International Studies from American University.

Anna enjoys the outdoors with her boyfriend and her dog, trying new recipes, cheering on the Philadelphia Eagles, and drawing handmade greeting cards. Anna has actively participated in her community, serving as a volunteer ESL instructor for adult English learners, assisting at her local library, and being a member of a CSA (community-supported agriculture).

“When I look at all the ways in which engaged individuals have driven and inspired progress in this country, I feel optimistic.”
