Claremont McKenna College hosts discussion on higher ed’s role in developing civic leaders

Claremont McKenna College, a member institution of College Presidents for Civic Preparedness, hosted a discussion at the Athenaeum focused on the nation’s overall civic preparedness and the critical role of higher education in developing students into civic and responsible leaders.

The October 25, 2024 panel, “Civic Leadership: How Are We Doing?,” featured CMC President Hiram Chodosh, Institute for Citizens & Scholars President Rajiv Vinnakota, and CMC’s Kravis Lab for Civic Leadership Executive Director Vernon Grigg.
